SENTINEL added!

Between the Tortuga, the Caliban, and the Breacher, I've already done a bunch of Lancer mechs whose schtick is having a big shotgun. Only one of them has a signature ability called "Eye of Midnight," however, so I decided to focus on that to make the Sentinel distinctive, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out!
